Permalip Implant
Lower or upper
Your surgeon will make two small incisions in the corner of the mouth and insert the implant through a tunnel created in the lower or upper lip. The implant is centralised and dissolvable stitches are used to close the incisions.
The procedure is performed under a local anaesthetic, on an outpatient basis.
Post surgery, there will be some bruising and swelling, but this will subside in a week. Strenuous exercise should be avoided for a few days.
