A step by step guide to your breast augmentation surgery

  1. Contact Mybreast to book a consultation
You’ll need to confirm this with a £25 deposit, which will be deducted from your breast enlargement fee, should you wish to go ahead with surgery. At your first consultation you’ll meet a surgeon who will be your contact all the way through the process and after your breast enlargement operation. Your meeting will allow you to discuss the look you’re after, and the best way to achieve it. Your surgeon at Mybreast will answer any questions you may have, and advise you against doing anything he or she thinks would not be in your interest. When you book your first consultation you’ll receive a consultation pack containing a diary for you to keep of your journey, an appointment card and a profile of your surgeon.
  2. Further questions
After your consultation, questions or concerns may arise. If so, you’re welcome to return for a second consultation. Before proceeding with surgery we recommend that you take a 2 week cooling off period to ensure you are comfortable with your decision. If you do change your mind, you must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your surgery date.
  3. Discuss surgery dates
When you have decided to proceed with surgery, you’ll need to book a tentative surgery date and pay your deposit. At this point you’ll receive a receipt for your deposit and a full payment request for the balance from Mybreast. Unless you’ve agreed to one of our finance options, you must pay in full at least 21 days prior to surgery date.
  4. Receive a confirmation of your surgery date and Homecare kit
This is to help you prepare for surgery, and will be sent to you once you have confirmed your surgery date and paid in full.

    Your Homecare kit includes:

    • Medicated soap for you to use before your operation
    • Mybreast homeopathic healing enhancers
    • A surgical support bra to wear following surgery
    • Lavender oil to help you sleep
    • Rosehip oil to aid scar healing
    • Herbal tea to help you relax
  5. Post-surgery recovery
During this time you’ll have a follow-up appointment with your surgeon, and receive a letter from us with a post-surgery survey. We'd like to know how you found your experience with Mybreast and whether you’re happy with the outcome.

I was slightly apprehensive about the enormity of the operation but Mybreast broke it down into easy steps for me. I felt I had a good idea of what to expect every step of the way.LM
